Interstate 10 - Exit at Washington Street and head west toward 7th Street. At 7th Street turn north to Monroe Street (one block north of Washington). Turn west onto Monroe and the entrance is located at the intersection of 4th Street and Monroe. An additional entrance is located on 3rd Street south of Monroe near the pedestrian bridge (open on limited basis).

Interstate 17 - Exit at 7th Street and go north to Monroe Street (one block north of Washington Street). Turn west onto Monroe and the entrance is located at the intersection of 4th Street and Monroe. An additional entrance is located on 3rd Street south of Monroe near the pedestrian bridge.
