El reci\u00e9n elegido Director General de Misiones Globales, Adam Hunley, interviene en la sesi\u00f3n de trabajo de la Conferencia General.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

El Dr. David K. Bernard ha sido reelegido como superintendente general de la UPCI<\/a>cargo que ocupa desde 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La elecci\u00f3n tuvo lugar durante la reuni\u00f3n anual de negocios de la Iglesia Pentecostal Unida Internacional, que forma parte de la reuni\u00f3n anual de la organizaci\u00f3n. Conferencia General<\/a>. La Conferencia General de este a\u00f1o se est\u00e1 celebrando actualmente en Indian\u00e1polis, Indiana. Todos los ministros con credenciales de la UPCI pueden votar en la reuni\u00f3n de negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los ministros presentes en la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n eligieron al misionero Adam Hunley como pr\u00f3ximo director general de Misiones mundiales de la UPCI<\/a>en sustituci\u00f3n del Director General saliente, Bruce Howell. Howell hab\u00eda anunciado previamente que no se presentar\u00eda a la reelecci\u00f3n para otro mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hunley, de 42 a\u00f1os, ha sido director regional de Eurasia\/Norte de \u00c1frica desde 2022. Sirvi\u00f3 como misionero en pa\u00edses de dif\u00edcil acceso antes de convertirse en director regional. \u00c9l y su esposa, Maya, han sido misioneros a tiempo completo con la UPCI desde 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Howell es director general de Misiones Globales desde 2001. \u00c9l y su difunta esposa, Diane, han servido en misiones con la UPCI desde 1979.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. J. Hill ha sido elegido pr\u00f3ximo Presidente General de las Juventudes. Hill, actual director de promoci\u00f3n de Ministerios de la Juventud de la UPCI<\/a>, sucede al Presidente General saliente de las Juventudes, Michael Thomas, que no pod\u00eda optar a otro mandato por razones de edad. Marvin Walker, Garry Tracy y Robert Henson fueron elegidos para formar parte del Consejo de Apelaci\u00f3n de Ministros. Steve Willeford y Terry Pugh fueron elegidos para formar parte del nuevo comit\u00e9 de formaci\u00f3n de distritos de la Regi\u00f3n Norte Central y la Regi\u00f3n Suroeste, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
