La promoci\u00f3n 2023 del Orden de la Fe de la UPCI<\/a> incluye una pareja de misioneros de larga data, un evangelista pionero, dos pastores prominentes y el primer ministro negro en servir en la Junta Ejecutiva de la UPCI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jim y Martha Burton, Randy Keyes, Claude Paschal \"C. P.\" Kilgore, J. Ellis Myers y Trevor Neil ingresaron oficialmente en la Orden de la Fe durante un banquete especial celebrado en v\u00edsperas de la Conferencia General 2023. Pareja de misioneros Jim<\/a> (1930-2008) y Martha Burton<\/a> (1933-presente) fueron admitidos debido a su largo servicio como misioneros en Venezuela. Los Burton llegaron a ese pa\u00eds con su joven familia a principios de la d\u00e9cada de 1960. En ese momento, la UPC ten\u00eda s\u00f3lo tres congregaciones en toda la naci\u00f3n. Una generaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s, la UPC en Venezuela tiene m\u00e1s de mil quinientas iglesias, gracias en gran parte a la fidelidad de los Burton en la formaci\u00f3n de pastores y plantadores de iglesias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Randy G. Keyes<\/a> (1950-presente) se convirti\u00f3 en pastor de una iglesia de la UPC en Modesto, California, en 1981. Bajo su liderazgo, Revival Church, como se la conoci\u00f3 m\u00e1s tarde, creci\u00f3 hasta convertirse en una de las congregaciones m\u00e1s influyentes de la UPCI en la costa oeste y en un centro de evangelizaci\u00f3n y trabajo misionero. Keyes lleg\u00f3 a ser superintendente general adjunto de la Zona Occidental de la UPCI, y ahora es miembro honorario de la Junta General de la UPCI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claude Paschal \"C. P.\" Kilgore<\/a> (1888-1959) fue uno de los primeros evangelistas pentecostales que predic\u00f3 numerosos avivamientos en Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma y Texas, estableciendo al menos quince iglesias por el camino. J. Ellis Myers<\/a> (1935-presente) es pastor y l\u00edder del Distrito de Florida desde hace mucho tiempo.
