M. Drury a fond\u00e9 le Stewardship Group en 2002 \u00e0 la demande de l'ancien surintendant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'UPCI, Kenneth Haney. Sa premi\u00e8re initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 d'\u00e9tablir le Fondation pentec\u00f4tiste unie<\/a> afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un flux continu de revenus pour l'UPCI et ses minist\u00e8res. La fondation g\u00e8re actuellement $7,3 millions d'actifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe d'intendance a lanc\u00e9 Solutions d'assurance unifi\u00e9es<\/a> et le Fonds de pr\u00eat aux \u00e9glises<\/a> en 2011. En l'espace de deux ans, le fonds de pr\u00eat a atteint $10 millions d'actifs totaux et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir des pr\u00eats \u00e0 faible taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat aux \u00e9glises et aux minist\u00e8res de l'UPCI qui cherchaient \u00e0 acheter ou \u00e0 r\u00e9nover des biens immobiliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La vision de M. Drury allait bien au-del\u00e0 de la simple collecte de fonds. En 2003, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 E3, une conf\u00e9rence destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9quiper les entrepreneurs apostoliques et les chefs d'entreprise. Cette conf\u00e9rence a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation de LifeSprings<\/a>Il a lanc\u00e9 le projet de cr\u00e9ation d'entreprises qui utiliseraient une partie de leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour financer les efforts de l'\u00c9glise. Il a lanc\u00e9 SeedSprings<\/a>un minist\u00e8re qui finance le creusement de puits dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement, en 2014. Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la cofondation de Impact Junkie<\/a>une organisation con\u00e7ue pour relever les d\u00e9fis mondiaux tels que la pauvret\u00e9 et le manque d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'eau potable, aux soins de sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, le Fonds de pr\u00eat a fourni le financement qui a permis \u00e0 l'UPCI de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager de son si\u00e8ge social de longue date \u00e0 Hazelwood, Missouri, vers des installations plus grandes et plus modernes \u00e0 Weldon Spring, \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de la zone m\u00e9tropolitaine de St. Peu de temps apr\u00e8s, le Fonds de pr\u00eat a fourni le capital n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l'achat et \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation d'un nouveau campus pour l'UPCI. Urshan University<\/a> et Urshan Graduate School of Theology<\/a> dans la ville voisine de Wentzville, dans le Missouri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lovall prend la t\u00eate<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

La croissance du Loan Fund a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l'embauche de Lovall en 2019 en tant qu'agent de cr\u00e9dit principal et directeur adjoint du Stewardship Group. Avec Lovall \u00e0 la barre, le Loan Fund est pass\u00e9 de $50 millions \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de $100 millions d'actifs au d\u00e9but de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, le Fonds de pr\u00eat a aid\u00e9 plus de 250 \u00e9glises et minist\u00e8res \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des biens immobiliers et \u00e0 construire ou r\u00e9nover leurs installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Je me souviens avoir pens\u00e9, dans ma vingtaine, qu'un dipl\u00f4me bancaire pourrait me donner l'occasion d'exercer un minist\u00e8re dans ma communaut\u00e9\", se souvient M. Lovall. \"Je n'avais aucune id\u00e9e que Dieu voulait que cette exp\u00e9rience profite aux \u00e9glises et aux minist\u00e8res du monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Lovall a fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 l'universit\u00e9 d'\u00c9tat de l'Arkansas et a \u00e9t\u00e9 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de la Barret School of Banking de la Christian Brothers University en 2007. Il a ensuite travaill\u00e9 pendant quinze ans dans le secteur bancaire, passant de caissier \u00e0 temps partiel dans une banque de l'Arkansas \u00e0 vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 des pr\u00eats. Il a quitt\u00e9 la banque en 2010 lorsqu'il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu pasteur du Sanctuaire \u00e0 Sikeston, dans le Missouri, o\u00f9 il a travaill\u00e9 pendant neuf ans avant de rejoindre le Stewardship Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Lovall a pris ses nouvelles fonctions le 1er mars. En tant que directeur du Stewardship Group, il est pr\u00e9sident du Loan Fund, de la Fondation et de United Insurance Solutions, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Drury continuera \u00e0 travailler avec LifeSprings et Impact Junkie, et il sera consultant pour The Stewardship Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
