More than 17,000 Pentecostals have registered to attend the annual General Conference of the United Pentecostal Church International, scheduled for October 4-7 at the Orange County Convention Center.
The four-day event will feature worship, preaching, and networking opportunities for UPCI ministers and constituents from across North America, as well as the organization’s annual business meeting. The theme of this year’s conference is “Make Him Known.”
“This is the first time our organization has held our annual General Conference in Orlando,” said UPCI General Superintendent Dr. David K. Bernard. “It’s a beautiful city with a well-deserved reputation for hospitality, and our registration totals indicate it will be one of the most well-attended General Conferences in recent years.”
The evening services will begin at 7 PM Tuesday through Friday, and at noon on Thursday and Friday. (All times are Eastern.) Services will be streamed live on the UPCI’s Facebook page and YouTube channel and on Discipleship Now. The business session will begin at 9 AM on Wednesday with a Minister’s Wives Breakfast from 10 AM to noon. Breakfast tickets are still available. Thursday and Friday will feature a lineup of more than fifty seminars on topics ranging from prayer to parenting to Bible prophecy, with speakers such as Raymond Woodward, Victor Jackson, Jeff Arnold, and many more. “Just Between Us,” a special session for ladies, will begin Friday at 8:30 AM.

The General Conference also provides an opportunity for the UPCI’s endorsed ministries and humanitarian agencies to showcase their work. This includes Reach Out America and Compassion Services International, both of which have been active in disaster relief efforts following recent hurricanes, including Hurricane Laura. Compassion Services International currently is providing humanitarian aid to refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine, as well as food, hygiene products, and medical supplies to residents of Sri Lanka, Uganda, and Cuba.
