The United Pentecostal Church International will host its annual General Conference September 19-22 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.
General Conference is the UPCI’s flagship event. The four-day gathering features dynamic worship and inspirational preaching, as well as practical instruction and networking opportunities for credentialed ministers and constituents alike.
“General Conference is unique among UPCI events in that it provides an opportunity to connect with leaders and ministries from across North America and around world,” said UPCI General Superintendent Dr. David K. Bernard. “Everyone from senior pastors to Sunday School teachers will be encouraged and equipped to be more effective in ministry.”
Dr. Bernard is scheduled to speak on Thursday, September 21, at 7 p.m. Eastern. Other keynote speakers include Aaron Bounds, Jerry Dean, Dannie Hood, and Adam Shaw. The Friday evening service also begins at 7 p.m. Eastern and will feature leaders from the Strategic Growth Initiative Committee casting vision for the future growth of the UPCI.
Each of the main services will be livestreamed on the UPCI’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, as well as at DiscipleshipNow.com. Visit upcigc.net/schedule for a list of services and start times.
Thursday and Friday will include a full lineup of seminars and panel discussions with presenters such as Jerry Jones, Raymond Woodward, Joel Urshan, and Donna Linville. Topics include church planting, America’s role in Bible prophecy, biblical parenting, how to minister in a multicultural setting, and more.
The UPCI’s annual business meeting will be held Wednesday, September 20, beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern, and is open to all credentialed ministers.
